Welcome and Blessed Be!

This blog is dedicated to the changing of the seasons and the various cycles that take place in and around us at all times. The progressing year, transitioning from maiden, to mother, to crone, children growing, loved ones coming and going. The circle of life if you will, and what it means to truly enjoy life as a witch.  Although I do plan to cover a wide range of topics, this blog will focus mainly on the home and garden including various crafts and activities for children and families, the occasional recipe either for food or a potion, the odd spell, whatever strikes my fancy really but always tied to the main theme, the changing seasons of life.

Our bodies, our lives, the stages and phases children pass through as they grow and change right before our eyes, the seasons, our tastes, the universe is in constant flux. It is worth remembering through these changes we need to focus on the moment, enjoy the little things and also remember that good or bad “this too shall pass”. It’s about enjoying life and rolling with the punches.

Now I've told you a little about my plans, allow me to tell you a little about myself. My name is Renae, I have been practicing as a solitary witch for about seven years, I am a wife and mother. All though I do hold a degree in Art Education I am currently very happy to be home with our new little girl. As you will soon learn, my tastes and interest are rather varied and as with many people tend to go in spurts or cycles.
